MN2S Reunion Mk II @ Round Midnight (24/4/2001)

The gathering for Milk N 2 Sugars Reunion No. 2 at Round Midnight on ANZAC Day Eve brought back to life one of Hobart's favourite parties from the past.
The prospect of a day to recover brought out a Saturday night crowd on a weeknight yet again, and the dancefloor was abrim with smiley faces as Disko Jack and Gillie led an onslaught of tunes old and new.
The mix of current favourites and the anthems of daze past had a definate slant towards the progressive tunes that the MN2S reputation was built on. To add to the mix Matt B added a new house chapter to the MN2S story and Sound Activated produced another funked up button-hammering-knob-twiddling live performance.
Behind the decks Gillie took particular pleasure in reminding us of his Twisted past before the return of the highlight of many a MN2S experience from yours truly's frazzled memories as the back to back with Jack Disko began.
All in all a much welcomed remembrance of hazy daze gone by..the mix held a tune for everyone who can piece together those nights from long ago and the vibe fitted well with ANZAC messages at the dawning of the sun....MN2S we will remember you.
