During the transition to the new CMS and Forum solution, issues with the format of user names for SOME members were highlighted. As such a small number of members names were automatically changed by the system to fit the new allowed format.
If your user name contained a "hyphen" (between two words) or a "punctuation" symbol, you may be affected by this issue. If you seem to be affected by this issue please try the following:
- Replace the "hyphen" (looks like this -) between the two words with an "underscore" (looks like this _ ). Alternatively you can close the gap between the two words and try to login. i.e. My-Pet-Lama becomes My_Pet_Lama or MyPetLama.
- Replace the "punctuation" symbol in your user name by closing the gap i.e. "My Lama's" becomes "My Lamas".
We are sorry for the confusion this will cause some members, freshdisko.com would like to assure you we are working on a solution to return all user names back to their original state.
